Intake, conflicts checks, engagement letters and matter updates draft themselves inside the practice system you already run. An attorney approves what reaches a client.

Questions law firms ask first.

What about the ethics rules on AI?

ABA Formal Opinion 512 (July 2024) addresses competence, confidentiality, client communication, supervision and fees, and many state bars have issued their own guidance. We build in review steps, access controls and logs that support those duties. This isn't legal advice; check your bar's guidance.4

Is the free briefing a sales pitch?

No. It's a lesson on what AI can and can't do for a professional firm. If there's a fit, we'll explain the audit at the end. If not, you keep everything you learned.

Is our data safe?

We keep as little as possible outside your own tools. Training rules depend on each AI service's terms, so we name every service and its terms in writing before work starts, and you decide.

Can it make things up in front of a client?

Nothing it drafts reaches a client until a person at your firm approves it. It answers from your documents, shows its sources and routes to a person when it isn't sure.

What does it cost?

The briefing is free. Audit and build prices are quoted in writing.

Other firm types: Accounting and tax firms, Insurance agencies, Financial advisors, Property managers.
