Privacy Policy

This explains what PacifAI (“we”) collects on pacifai.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Provo, Utah.

What we collect

• What you give us. If you book a briefing, email yourself a calculator breakdown, download our guide or send us a message, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, company, and the numbers you typed into the calculator.
• How you found us. A cookie called pf_attr records marketing details such as the campaign link you came from, the site that referred you and the first page you visited. It lasts 90 days.
• Site analytics, only if you accept. If you accept cookies, we load Google Tag Manager (with Google Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help and which don't. If you decline, we don't load them.
• Basic technical data. Like most sites, our servers and hosting provider see your IP address and browser details when you visit. We use a hashed version of your IP address to limit abuse on our forms. We don't store the raw address for that purpose.

How we use it

• To reply to you, book and prepare for your briefing, and send what you asked for.
• To send the emails you signed up for, such as the guide series. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand what is working on the site and improve it.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business. They handle data for us and only for that purpose:

• Supabase, for our database and hosting of records.
• Vercel, for website hosting.
• Cal.com, for scheduling briefings.
• Resend, for sending email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, to tell people from bots on forms, where enabled.
• Google and Microsoft, for analytics, only if you accept cookies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

• pf_attr: marketing source details, 90 days.
• pf_hv: which version of the home page headline you saw, 30 days.
• pf_consent and pf_lm_prompt (browser storage): your cookie choice, and when we last offered the free guide, so we don't ask again right away.

Your choices

• Decline analytics cookies in the banner. The site works the same.
• Unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link at the bottom.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to run the business and meet legal duties. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
