SMS Terms

Text reminders are not turned on yet. These terms apply once they are.

These terms cover the PacifAI text message program. We only text you if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive texts, for example by checking the SMS box when you book a briefing.

What we send

Appointment-related messages about the briefing or audit calls you booked, such as a reminder before your call and a link to reschedule. We don't use this program for ads from other companies.

How often

Message frequency varies. It's usually a reminder or two for each call you book.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out and get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts. You'll get one message to confirm.
• Reply HELP for help, or email us.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You don't have to agree to texts to book a briefing or buy anything from us. You can choose email instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don't share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
