Terms of Service
Services
Pacifai provides AI implementation consulting, workflow automation, and custom software development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements between Pacifai and the client.
Free Audit
The free 30-minute audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage further. Pacifai reserves the right to decline audit requests at its discretion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all custom tools and automations built specifically for their business under the engagement agreement. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Pacifai's liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that engagement. Pacifai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in Utah County, Utah.
