PacifAIfor professional firms

From a free call to software that runs.

Each step ends with something you can use, whether or not you go on to the next. Here is what happens, what we need from you, and what the software will and won't do.

How we work.

  1. Step 1: Free AI briefing

    Learn. Free, 20–30 minutes.

We explain what AI is and what it can and can't do for a firm like yours. Then we ask how a matter, a return or a policy moves through your firm, from the first inquiry to the final invoice. You don't need to prepare anything. If there's a fit, we explain how the audit works at the end. If not, you keep everything you learned.

    You give
Twenty to thirty minutes, and a rough idea of where the time goes.
    You get
A clear picture of what AI can and can't do for your firm, and where it could save time.
  2. Step 2: Profit Leak Audit

    Find. About 10 days.

We mystery-shop your phone, email and web form, map how work really moves, and put a dollar figure on each leak. You get a 90-day fix guide you can use whether or not we build anything.

    You give
Two staff interviews and read-only access to the tools you use.
    You get
The audit file: seven exhibits, fixes ranked by return, a clickable prototype of your own custom software, and a plan you keep whoever builds it.
  3. Step 3: Custom build

    Build. Quoted in writing.

We build in the order the audit ranked the fixes, and each piece goes live with a review step. If you sign within 30 days of the audit, the audit fee is credited in full toward the build.

    You give
A decision, and a named person to approve what the software drafts.
    You get
Custom software built around your tools, quoted as a fixed fee in writing once the audit is done.
  4. Step 4: Ongoing support

    Improve. Billed monthly.

Ongoing support (we call it Managed AI) means we watch the activity log with you, adjust it when your software or procedures change, and fix what breaks. Your people keep approving what reaches a client.

    You give
A monthly fee, and a few minutes a week to review what it drafted.
    You get
Software that keeps running as your tools and rules change, with a log you can read.

The software drafts. Your people decide.

  1. What comes in

    Email, form or PDF

  2. What the software does

    Reads, drafts, cites

  3. Where someone signs off

    Review: a person approves

  4. Where it lands

    Client, Clio or QuickBooks

  • Confidential by design

We work from the tools and documents your firm names, and only the people who need them see them. The security page says what we commit to and what we don't.

  • Grounded in your records

It answers only from your documents and systems and shows where each fact came from. When it isn't sure, it says so and routes to a person.

  • A person signs off

It drafts. It never signs, files, or gives legal or tax advice.

  • Logged

Every action is logged for your review.

What AI can and can't do for your firm.

It can

  • Read email, web forms, PDFs and portal screens.
  • Draft letters, summaries, checklists and replies from your own documents.
  • Show which document each fact came from.
  • Remind clients, and chase documents on a schedule.
  • Move information between the tools you already use.

It can't

  • Sign, file or send to a client without a person's approval.
  • Give legal, tax or investment advice.
  • Decide which clients you take, or what you charge them.
  • Replace your judgment on anything that matters.

What we need from you.

  • Two interviews with the staff who do the work, about 45 minutes each.
  • Read-only access to the tools you use, so we can map how work moves.
  • A named person who can answer questions during the audit.

What Managed AI covers.

Managed AI is the monthly plan after a build. We keep the software running, review its activity log with you, adjust it when your tools or procedures change, and fix what breaks.

Learn what AI can do for your firm. Free, 20–30 minutes.

It's a lesson, not a pitch. If there's a fit, we'll explain how the audit works at the end. If not, you keep everything you learned.
