About the audit.
What do you need from us?
Two staff interviews of about 45 minutes, read-only access to the tools you use, and one named person who can answer questions along the way.
Who sees our data during the audit?
We document who works on your audit, and the access they need, in writing before the audit. We ask for read-only access and no more than the audit needs.
What if the audit finds nothing?
Then we refund the fee. If we don't find at least 3× the fee in recoverable time or money, you don't pay for the audit.
Do we have to build with you afterward?
No. The 90-day fix guide is yours whether or not we build. If you do build with us and sign within 30 days, the full audit fee is credited to the build.
